Information we collect

When you request a consultation, we collect:

• Your full name and telephone number.
• Your city and the type of project you are considering.
• Your consent to be contacted about the request.
• The date, time, and confirmation identifier for the submission.
• Limited campaign information included in the page URL, such as campaign and UTM values.

We also use technical security information to protect the form. Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser and network signals to verify that a submission is legitimate. The visitor IP address is transformed into a keyed, non-readable rate-limit identifier; the leads table does not store the raw IP address.

How we use information

• Respond to and follow up on consultation requests.
• Discuss project needs and arrange an on-site evaluation when appropriate.
• Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and prevent abuse of the website.
• Understand which approved LUJO campaigns produced a request.
• Maintain business records and comply with applicable legal obligations.

LUJO Construction does not sell personal information and does not currently share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Service providers and disclosures

We use a limited number of service providers to operate this website:

• Cloudflare hosts the website, verifies Turnstile challenges, applies security controls, and stores submitted leads in D1.
• Resend sends LUJO an operational email notice after a lead has been saved successfully. The complete lead remains in D1.

Providers receive information only for the services they perform. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate protections.

Retention and security

We keep consultation information only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain appropriate project and business records, prevent abuse, and satisfy legal obligations. We use access controls, HTTPS, server-side validation, bot protection, rate limiting, and restricted service credentials. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and requests

You may ask to review, correct, or delete information associated with a consultation request by calling 951-337-4385. We may need to verify your identity and retain information when required for legal or legitimate business purposes.

The consultation checkbox authorizes LUJO to contact you about that request. The current customer-facing workflow uses voice calls; it does not offer customer SMS.

Cookies, advertising, and Do Not Track

The current site does not load Google Ads, Google Analytics, or other advertising measurement tags. Cloudflare Turnstile may process limited technical information for security and bot detection. Because LUJO does not currently track visitors across third-party websites, the site does not apply a separate response to browser Do Not Track signals. If advertising measurement is activated later, this policy and the applicable consent controls will be updated before activation.

Children

This website is intended for property owners and adults requesting construction services. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Policy changes and contact
